Penny Simkin's Childbirth Preparation
Come away from your series feeling confident and prepared with skills to cope with labor, ask key questions about your care, communicate your preferences for birth, and transition to your new role as parents of a new tiny human! Taught by Penny's long-time assistant Katie Rohs. Comprehensive eight week series for families including topics such as late pregnancy, the onset of labor, and working with physiologic birth. Bonus class solely devoted to comfort measures and working with the intensity of labor. Each series also includes two classes focused on early breastfeeding and newborn care.

Our online tool guides your class experience with a Digital Guide, Digital Journal, HelloBirth® Hypnobirthing technique mp3s and our exclusive tracks for labor, birth, and postpartum.
