Sliding scale for BIPOC clients. Birth •2 Prenatal visits •On call and accessible at 38 weeks until the baby is born •2 Postpartum visits •Pregnancy and Postpartum resource binder •Support with guidance through the completion of a Birth Plan Postpartum Hourly Rates: •Daytime $50 per hour (3 hour minimum) •Nighttime $75 per hour (8 hour minimum) Services: •Postpartum resource binder •Information provided regarding baby blues and postpartum depression •Support with birthing parent self-care; shower, nap, personal grooming, mediation •Sharing of postpartum nutrition for optimal healing •Family meal plan support •Guiding support for infant holistic care; feeding, recognizing sleeping patterns, fine and gross motor skill development •General guide to chest feeding.
